About this role
We expect you to be a leader, a thinker and a doer.
As a Senior Art Director, you will be a key creative force, expected to think strategically, conceptually, and visually. You will be responsible for shaping and executing powerful visual narratives across Brand identity & Brand campaigns, serving clients in both Scandinavia and Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Designers, and Creative Lead.
Ensure all creative work is delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with strategic objectives.
Lead the visual direction of campaigns, delivering fresh, innovative, and on- brand designs.
Push the boundaries of creativity all time.
Develop and drive compelling visual concepts, key visuals, campaign ideas and content across multiple formats.
Own the creative process from initial brief to final execution, ensuring excellence at every stage.
Collaborate with Vietnam creatives and Denmark creatives.
Develop purposeful, meaningful, impactful brand identity
Mentor and guide junior and mid- level designers, elevating the overall quality of the team output.
Maintain a strong understanding of design trends, emerging technologies, and digital platforms to keep work fresh and relevant.
Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience as an Art Director, within leading branding agencies AND advertising agencies.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of guiding creative teams toward excellence.
Good English communication skills.
Comfortable working under pressure and managing tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Good experience in leveraging AI tools
Proven experience conceptualizing and executing brand identity and creative campaigns from start to finish.
A combination of experience in branding agencies and advertising agencies.
A robust portfolio showcasing a range of high- quality, impactful visual work across brand identity and brand campaigns
