Senior Ai Specialist (IT / N2 / Hanoi) - 27301

- Act as a strategic and technical liaison between us and our HQ, ensuring smooth collaboration and knowledge transfer.
- Oversee the full AI lifecycle: from data acquisition and model development to deployment and monitoring.
- Ensure technical excellence, innovation, and compliance with global standards in all AI initiatives.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by General Director or Division Manager.
- Develop and lead our AI strategy in alignment with our HQ’s global technology roadmap.
- Collaborate cross- functionally to integrate AI into broader digital transformation efforts and enterprise solutions.
- Translate customer and business requirements into scalable AI architectures and solutions.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies and methodologies to maintain our competitive edge.
- Lead the AI engineering team in researching, designing, and deploying advanced AI solutions
- Create and lead AI native development scheme based on AI agent for core business area which can be future value.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
‐ English: Upper- Intermediate levels.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams, manage cross- functional projects, and drive innovation.
- Solid understanding of data engineering, data governance, and model lifecycle management.
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit- learn, Hugging Face, etc.
- Experience working in multinational environments or with Japanese partners is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands- on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents, including design, training, and deployment in production environments.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the technology industry, with at least 8 years of deep specialization in AI, including areas such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and AI agents.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision- making skills, with a business- oriented mindset.
- At least 2–3 years in a Senior leadership role such as CTO, Head of AI, or equivalent, with proven experience in developing technology strategies, managing technical teams, and collaborating with international partners.
