Senior AI Specialist - Hyrid/Remote (CTO/ ENG) (26645)

- Develop and lead an AI strategy in alignment with HQ global technology roadmap.- Act as a strategic and technical liaison between VN and HQ, ensuring smooth collaboration and knowledge transfer.- Lead the AI engineering team in researching, designing, and deploying advanced AI solutions- Translate customer and business requirements into scalable AI architectures and solutions.- Oversee the full AI lifecycle: from data acquisition and model development to deployment and monitoring.- Ensure technical excellence, innovation, and compliance with global standards in all AI initiatives.- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.- Collaborate cross- functionally to integrate AI into broader digital transformation efforts and enterprise solutions.

- At least 10 years of specialization in AI (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, AI agents).
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., CTO, Head of AI, or equivalent), with experience in technology strategy, team management, and collaboration with international partners.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit- learn, Hugging Face).
- Strong strategic thinking and decision- making skills with a business- oriented mindset.
- Solid understanding of data engineering, governance, and model lifecycle management.
- Hands- on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents (design, training, deployment in production).
- English: Upper- Intermediate levels.
- Proven leadership and mentoring ability with cross- functional teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- At least 10 years of experience in the technology industry.
