In the role of an AI Engineer, candidates will be responsible for carrying out the following responsibilities:

Contribute to the design and development of healthcare POCs for clients
Work cross- functionally with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts (e.g., nutritionists)
Fine- tune and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs)
Build agent components capable of reasoning and performing nutrition- related tasks
Collaborate on project planning, including effort estimation and task breakdown
Implement RAG systems to retrieve and synthesize relevant nutritional and healthcare information
Develop and optimize Machine Learning models (e.g., classification, regression) using health- related datasets
Assist with model deployment, performance tracking, and continuous improvement

Understanding of agent- based or agent AI system design
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience working with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate) and information retrieval pipelines
More than 4 years of hands- on experience in AI/ML engineering
Familiarity with healthcare datasets and relevant privacy/compliance considerations
Proficiency with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, and libraries like scikit- learn
Strong programming skills in Python, including ML and data processing libraries
Practical experience with LLMs and techniques for fine- tuning
