Senior Accountant

Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager you will be responsible for:

Communicate and cooperate with other finance team members for month- end close
Control Order- to- Cash Process, covering all steps from sales orders to sales proceeds collection on- time- in- full
Identify and address issues encountered during system integration, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
Develop criteria for automating data integration between e- commerce platforms and the ERP system, ensuring seamless data flow.
Review team works on results and ensure revenue and receivable are properly and accurately recorded promptly
Support/ lead improvements (either small or big) via automation
Check the accounting entries, prepare month- end account reconciliations following legal regulations and management requirements
Oversee the implementation and monitoring of the ERP system to guarantee that it operates as expected.
Coordinate with auditors.
As a key member of the ERP system transformation project, you will be responsible for developing criteria for automating data integration from large volumes of e- commerce data into the ERP system. You will handle system connection issues, propose solutions, and manage a testing team to ensure the system operates smoothly and accurately.
Lead and manage the testing team to ensure the ERP system functions smoothly and accurately.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to resolve system- related challenges and optimize processes.
Other duties assigned by Senior Accounting Manager (or FC, CFO)
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data throughout the integration process.

Minimum 3- 5 years working experience
Good knowledge of E- commerce or Retail Industry is a plus
Open to learn and growth
Degree/Diploma in Accounting or partial professional accounting qualifications
Having partnering mindset to support/ provide added values
Be careful and honest
Strong Excel, Power query or Power BI is a plus
