About the role
The Senior Account Manager will act as the bridge between clients, strategy, creative and creator teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and aligned with both client expectations and business objectives.
Hepmil Creators’ Network (HCN) is a creative/ social commerce- focused MCN agency connecting brands with top creators across Southeast Asia. We develop creator- driven campaigns that combine storytelling, social- first content and commerce performance to help brands reach Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who can lead client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of influencer marketing and social commerce campaigns. This role requires someone who understands both the strategic objectives of brands and the operational process of executing creator- led campaigns across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
● Provide strategic recommendations and ensure campaign directions align with client goals.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brand clients and maintain strong long- term relationships.
● Understand client business objectives, marketing challenges and campaign expectations.
Campaign Planning & Delivery
● Ensure campaign deliverables are aligned with timelines, budgets and client expectations.
● Work closely with Strategic Planner, Creative and Content teams to develop campaign proposals and solutions.
● Lead the coordination of campaigns from proposal development to execution and reporting.
Project & Team Coordination
● Monitor campaign progress and proactively manage changes, risks or operational issues.
● Coordinate cross- functional teams including strategy, creative, content and creator management to ensure seamless campaign execution.
● Ensure clear communication between internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Proposal Development & Pitch Support
● Support pitching processes by translating campaign ideas and strategies into clear and compelling client presentations.
● Collaborate with Business Development and Strategy teams in preparing client proposals, campaign plans and presentation materials.
Campaign Performance & Optimization
● Track campaign performance and ensure campaigns deliver against agreed KPIs.
● Work with internal teams to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and
future collaboration with clients.
Market & Industry Awareness
● Stay up- to- date with social commerce trends, influencer marketing developments and platform updates, particularly within TikTok and creator- driven ecosystems.
Qualifications
● Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
● Ability to work effectively in fast- paced and collaborative environments.
● Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing campaigns.
● Strong organizational and project management abilities.
● 4–6+ years of experience in account management within digital agencies, influencer marketing agencies, media agencies or MCN environments.
● Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience managing regional or large- scale brand campaigns.
● Experience working with social commerce campaigns or creator- driven marketing initiatives.
● Ability to translate client objectives into actionable campaign plans.
● Familiarity with TikTok campaigns and creator collaborations.
