DUTIES:
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
● Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project&039;s scope, budgets and timelines
● Execution & Optimization: Deploy and manage AWO campaigns on Facebook and TikTok. Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
● Presenting campaign ideas and costings to clients, briefing the creative team who will produce the adverts.
● Manage 2 team members.
● Planning & Strategy: Collaborate with the team member to develop campaign strategies that meet the client&039;s brief and budget.
● Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met
● Budgeting & Invoicing: Manage the account&039;s budget and handle all client invoicing.
● Oversight & Reporting: Supervise key planning outputs for all promotional activity. Check and report on campaign progress, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
ADMIN
● Demonstrates solid understanding of media service; stays informed of current trends and potential disruptors and risks
CUSTOMER RELATIONS
● Conducts relationship management activities with suppliers and brands ensuring effective communication and development of business relationships that promote superior project execution.
● Acts as liaison, key point of contact between the client (and its partners) and 2- 3 assigned brands
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with Brand stakeholders and maintain collaborative business relationships with cross- functional departments
● Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign
REQUIREMENTS:
● Minimum 4- 5 years of sales / account experience, sales experience at agencies or publishers in the same positions (prefer ideally having relationship with brands and agencies)
● Have experience working in KOL or digital agency, and familiar with influencer marketing industry (obligatory).
● Social Media & AWO Specialization:
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, analyze key metrics, and derive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated strength in AWO projects: Proven experience in building and managing Always- On campaigns on social media.
- In- depth knowledge of Facebook & TikTok: Deep understanding of platform algorithms, content trends, and best practices.
● Influencer’s insight, knowledge of Influencer Marketing and Communications.
● Understand client language and manage their expectations by providing advice with influencer channel expertise
● Fluent in English as it relates to the advertising field
● Excellent ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization.
