ROLE PURPOSE
This position serves as the execution backbone of the Field Force business — ensuring operational accuracy, client satisfaction, and smooth coordination between the client, internal teams, and external partners.
The Senior Account Executive plays a vital role in supporting key client accounts, managing campaign execution, coordinating with field teams and suppliers, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, in full, and within budget.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Execution & Coordination
• Ensure all campaign materials, POSM, and tools are delivered on schedule and in proper condition.
• Support KAM/KAD in managing day- to- day operations of client projects.
• Prepare and follow up project timelines, implementation plans, and checklists.
• Coordinate with Field Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor field team performance and report daily/weekly progress.
Reporting & Data Management
• Ensure data timeliness ≥ 95%, report accuracy ≥ 98%.
• Prepare reports for client submission (coverage, visibility, sales, audit, etc.).
• Collect, validate, and consolidate data from field teams.
• Work closely with the Data/BI team to enhance dashboard updates and reporting efficiency.
Client Service Support
• Maintain excellent client relationship through professionalism and responsiveness.
• Attend client meetings and document meeting notes, next steps, and follow- ups.
• Support in client communication, responding to inquiries, and preparing presentations or proposals.
Financial & Administrative Support
• Track project costs, ensure budget variance ≤ ±3%, and submit liquidation documents on time.
• Liaise with Finance to ensure timely invoicing and payment follow- up.
• Assist KAM/KAD in preparing quotations, POs, and vendor coordination.
Teamwork & Continuous Improvement
• Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvement ideas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
• Support training or onboarding for new AEs or field team leaders when required.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience:
• Proven experience managing nationwide or multi- province projects.
• Familiar with budget control, field reporting, and vendor coordination.
• 2–4 years of experience in Account / Senior Project Executive roles (Activation, Field Force, or FMCG agency).
Skills:
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Strong coordination, planning, and follow- up skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal).
