Content creation: Write content for program introductions, company credentials, and other documents as assigned by the Project Manager.
Implement project ideas: Execute design concepts, editing, and prototype modeling as assigned by the Project Manager/Direct Supervisor.
Manage project documentation: Prepare and manage project- related documents, such as proposals, quotes, contracts, cost estimates, progress reports, and final results.
Track and report progress: Regularly monitor and report on project progress, results, and risks to the Project Manager in a timely and accurate manner.
Organize related events: Take part in organizing key project events, such as kickoffs, closures, and reporting conferences.
Other duties: Perform additional tasks as required by the Project Manager.
Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with teams such as Finance, Accounting, and Operations to ensure the project is delivered on time, meets quality standards, and stays within the approved budget (CO, CE).
Participate in project planning: Engage in the detailed planning of Event/Activation projects, including customer needs analysis, strategy development, and the identification of project objectives, scope, budget, timeline, and execution methods.
Oversee supplier contracts: Partner with the Operations Department to select suppliers, negotiate contracts, supervise their execution, ensure production standards, and assess the final results.
Assist with contract negotiations: Support the Project Manager in negotiating and finalizing contracts with clients, and handle any issues that arise during project implementation.
Conduct acceptance activities: Assist in the compilation and evaluation of project deliverables, perform quality checks, and facilitate project acceptance with clients.
Coordinate with external partners: Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as suppliers, contractors, and media agencies, to ensure smooth and professional project execution.
