SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Description:
• Translate client briefs to the fullest of understanding and work closely with internal team to produce the best outputs. Also, to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreement on maximizing profits
• Prepare reports on account status
• Self- improvement
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with both external and internal sides.
• Act as the lead trusted point of contact for all client account management matters. We want to believe you are always there with us in time.
• Assist line manager in developing new business with existing client or identify areas to improve the sale quotas
• Guarantee the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client requests and objectives
Job Requirement:
• At least 2 years experience in the similar position
• Proven work experience in agency in relevant roles
• A person focused on enthusiastic, energetic and detail orientation team member
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to multi- task in a fast paced environment
• Be proactive and get- thing- done- with- responsibility attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese & English
