Senior Account Executive

Project Management:

Disclose the project’s status to internal teams and Clients. Foresee challenges ahead in order to control and keep the project on track
Manage and supervise multiple execution teams and guide teams to the project’s goals. Be able to accomplish smoothly 2- 3 projects at the same time
Have strong knowledge of communication in order to develop proposal with cross departments
Develop problem- solving skills across execution team and Client
Be able to produce execution timeline with milestones, budget allocation and resources for potential new projects
Ensure the project stays within the allocated budget and timeline, as well as achieving KPIs
Work closely with 3rd parties from briefing to deliver final works. Control work quality, timing and budget as planned

Client Service:

Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively
Identify Client needs and consult how to fulfill their needs
Build a strong relationship with Client and manage Client’s expectation

Team Management:

Understand team’s culture in order to influence and motivate junior staffs work with Clients and 3rd parties
Provide mini- training programs to junior staffs about basic knowledge of Account including paperwork and ways of working
Support Line Manager in quality control of all work that is submitted to clients

Experience & Knowledge

Graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ PR/ Communication is preferred or have cred- its in a communication course
At least 2- year working experience in the Communication field

Attitude & Skills:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Enjoy working as a part of a team
Be able to work under pressure and handle multitasking. Especially be available when needed.
Proactive, honest and detail- oriented
Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
