MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take full ownership of the 3D design process – from concept development, technical drawings, to on- site execution. Ensure every design aligns with the project brief and timeline while maintaining aesthetics, creativity, and feasibility in production.
Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with Account, Planning, and Creative teams to translate brand insights into inspiring and memorable spatial experiences.
Consult and collaborate with internal teams to develop consistent visual concepts across brand communication and promotional activities.
Design immersive brand spaces (booths, stages, display zones, activations, roadshows, etc.) for large- scale campaigns such as music festivals, product launches, and experiential showcases.
Research and propose new design trends, creative materials, and production technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design outputs.
Mentor and guide junior 2D/3D designers, providing technical direction, creative feedback, and fostering a culture of innovation and professional growth within the team.
Build and manage a 3D design reference library, systematize internal design assets, and optimize the overall design workflow.
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of experience in 3D design
within
event, advertising, or production house environments.
Experience working on large- scale events — or an unstoppable passion to do so.
A true team player who loves deadlines (yes, really) and enjoys bringing brands to life in the real world.
Proficient in 3Ds Max / SketchUp / Corona or V- Ray / Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop.
Strong visual thinking, solid understanding of on- site execution, and ability to balance creativity within budget.

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
