Segment Senior Officer – AF – HO – TA050

Develop client journey for AF clients to improve client’s experience via high standard process & service quality
Develop acquisition programs &retention programs for AF client growth
Interface with Retail Marketing/Marcom for promotion of program/product to VPB client & VPBank internal.
Develop product’s packages based on AF Personas
Develop CVP for AF segment and sub- segments to ensure market competitiveness.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor&039;s degree in banking and finance
Relevant Experience
5 Years’ Experience in banking, in the areas of Affluent segment
Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with a good understanding of how economic events impact global markets.
Extensive experience in Relationship Management and Affluent and/or Private Banking business
Deep knowledge and understanding of Affluent Sales

Active, resourceful, and highly accomplished and capable of multitasking and solving multiple priorities
Ability to work in groups and interact with departments in the bank.
