* Position 1: Mitigation & Investigation Engineer
Responsible for identifying, preventing, and investigating security incidents to ensure a safe environment across all Milwaukee sites. This role involves intelligence gathering, incident response, coordination with security teams, and collaboration with local authorities.
- Coordinate, train, and evaluate security guards to ensure effectiveness.
- Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all security operations.
- Perform additional security- related tasks as assigned
- Monitor and assess potential security threats; stay alert to risks at all times.
- Lead investigations into security breaches, thefts, or misconduct.
- Collect and analyze intelligence to guide preventive actions.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with security staff, police, and local authorities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Take proactive measures to prevent losses and incidents.
- Identify site- specific security needs and recommend solutions to management.
- Conduct interviews and gather evidence from various sources.

* Position 2: Mitigation & Investigation Supervisor
- Ensure compliance with Vietnam Legislation
- Gather security intelligence and implement preventative measures
- Manage the performance of security supplier at Milwaukee factories
- Set up/control/update guard position layout, install patrol spot check system and CCTV system
- Investigation of all security related incidents: Investigate, report and propose appropriate recommendations in a timely manner
- Monthly reporting complied with in standard company format
- Fully comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, rules, regulations
- Collaborate with site leaders and department managers to determine security needs
- Regular scheduled and unplanned checking of the operations and relevant reporting
- Other related tasks as assigned
- Establish procedures to guide operations, inspections, monitoring and retrieval of data/ information from new and existing systems
- Build and maintain good relationships with security vendors, local authorities, District Police teams, Police Commanders of the Province/City where MIL operations are located
