Job Summary:
Work under the operation and control external security, cooperating with all departments to ensure security operations at all sites and offices are functioning at consistent standards and security vendors perform to the requirements of the contracts:
Ensure compliance with Vietnam Legislation
Assist Operation director/ External Security manager for Investigation of all security related incidents: Investigate, report, and propose appropriate recommendations in a timely manner,
Control/update guard positions layout, install patrol Spot check system and CCTV system,
Collaborating with site leader and department managers to determine security needs
Fully comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, rules, and regulations
Assist to management and operation Director and external Security Manager in maintaining relationships with security vendors, local authorities, District Police teams, Police Commanders of the Province/City where MIL AES operations are located,
Monthly reporting complied with in standard company format
Take physical controlling on the performance of security supplier at AES factories
Gathering security intelligence and implementing preventative measures
Regular scheduled and unplanned checking of the operations and relevant reporting.
Deploying to Security team all procedures to guide operations, inspections, monitoring and retrieval of data / information from new and existing systems
Key Responsibilities:
