Security Investigation Specialist (District 9, HCMC)

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for identifying, preventing, and investigating security incidents to ensure a safe environment across all Milwaukee sites. This role involves intelligence gathering, incident response, coordination with security teams, and collaboration with local authorities
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all security operations.
Monitor and assess potential security threats; stay alert to risks at all times.
Coordinate, train, and evaluate security guards to ensure effectiveness.
Perform additional security- related tasks as assigned.
Collect and analyze intelligence to guide preventive actions.
Lead investigations into security breaches, thefts, or misconduct.
Identify site- specific security needs and recommend solutions to management.
Conduct interviews and gather evidence from various sources.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with security staff, police, and local authorities
Take proactive measures to prevent losses and incidents.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Security Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Commander in multinational factories (preferred), companies, shopping centers, or professional security firms.
Intermediate level of verbal English communication and written
Approachable, helpful, and professional demeanor when working with others.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese security laws and regulations. Familiar with security systems and investigation tools. Proven experience conducting investigations.
Organized and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem- solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to stay composed under pressure.
Demonstrates integrity, a proactive mindset, and a strong commitment to preventing misconduct or corruption.
Level: College/University. Professional Certificate trained in the field of Security or police forces.
