Train staff on emergency procedures, evacuation drills, and guest safety protocols.
Report regularly to hotel General Manager.
Manage the security and risk management team.
Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services.
Ensure guest safety through proactive monitoring and incident response.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of facilities.
Provide risk analysis and recommendations for strategic decisions.
Develop and maintain a hotel- wide risk register.
Handle guest incidents discreetly and professionally.
Oversee hotel security systems (CCTV, access control, fire safety, emergency alarms).
Promote a culture of safety awareness among employees.
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks (financial, reputational, safety, compliance).
Implement security and risk management policies aligned with hospitality industry standards.
Ensure compliance with local laws, insurance requirements, and brand guidelines.
Lead crisis management planning and business continuity strategies.

A sharp eye for finding hidden risks, keeping accurate incident records, and making sure all safety rules are strictly followed
Proven ability to lead, train, and coordinate a dynamic security and emergency response team.
2+ years of experience as a Security & Risk Manager or Assistant Security Manager.
