Scrum Master

Position Overview:
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating agile processes while also playing a key role in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into actionable product features. With 4- 7 years of experience, you will serve as a Scrum Master for agile teams and a liaison between stakeholders and development, ensuring that both team efficiency and business outcomes are optimized.
What you will be doing:

Participate in product planning, feature prioritization, and roadmap discussions.
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Assist in the definition and documentation of business processes and workflows.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand- ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
Validate delivered features meet business expectations through UAT coordination and feedback loops.
Ensure Agile principles and Scrum practices are understood and followed by the team.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well- groomed backlog and alignment with sprint goals.
Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
Identify and remove impediments that block team progress.
Conduct gap analysis and propose improvements to business processes and systems.

Experience working in cross- functional teams and fast- paced product environments.
Familiarity with agile & productivity tools such as Jira & Notion.
Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
At least 4 years of combined experience in Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst roles.
Strong analytical skills and experience in writing clear and concise user stories.
Healthcare or technology domain experience is an advantage.
Proven experience facilitating agile teams and applying Scrum practices.
