Scrum Master
You will serve as a trusted facilitator, problem- solver, and coach, fostering collaboration between the Product Owner, development teams, and stakeholders to achieve product goals. to join our Marketplace team. In this role, you will empower our software development team to deliver impactful solutions by ensuring effective adoption of Agile practices and the Scrum framework.

● Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and define the product roadmap.

Serve as the primary liaison between the Product Owner and Development Team, ensuring clear communication and fostering effective collaboration.

● Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand- ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews,retrospectives, and demo meetings, in partnership with Project Leads.

● Provide coaching and guidance on Agile frameworks to team members and stakeholders.

● Cultivate a productive and positive team environment where members take ownership of their work and derive satisfaction from their contributions.

● Help the Product Owner and Development Team to drive customer satisfaction by delivering valuable solutions.

● Mentor development teams to achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity and Agile proficiency.

● Identify, address, and remove obstacles or conflicts that may impede progress.

● Ensure that deliverablesmeet high- quality standards at the end of each sprint.

● Assist teams in implementing changes and process improvements effectively.

● Manage the scope, timeline, and release planning for each project.

● Strong understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including the definition of done, user stories, and backlog refinement.
● Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and workflows.
● Proficiency in communicating clearly and effectively in English.
● Familiarity with software development processes for Web and Mobile applications.
● A minimum of 2+ years of experience in software project management.
● Capability to work collaboratively with and lead a team effectively.
● Adaptability to change,with an open mindset and strong teamwork spirit.
● Expertise in using Jira and other tracking tools to effectively manage sprint development.
● Excellent communication and servant leadership skills to motivate and guide teams.
● Proven problem- solving and conflict- resolution abilities, with the capacity to analyze and resolve issues quickly.
● Proficiency in applying the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
● Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and communication skills.
● Experience in engaging with customers to understand requirements and constructively evaluate their feasibility.
