Scrum Master

- Enable the team to complete their work proactively, without imposing or dictating tasks.
- Lead discussions, foster decision- making, and resolve conflicts within the team.
- Efficiently facilitate Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Coach teams to build and enhance cross- functionality and self- organization.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to manage and optimize the product backlog.
- Promote the removal of obstacles for the team and accompany them with a servant
