As we expand our platform across Storefront, Payments, Marketing Automation, CRM, and Ads, our Agile practice needs strong facilitation and delivery support. This is where you come in.

As a Scrum Master at Crossian, you will support Agile teams in running effective Scrum practices and fostering collaboration. You’ll work closely with developers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to help the team stay focused, remove blockers, and continuously improve.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Encourage open communication, psychological safety, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with mentors and senior Scrum Masters to grow your facilitation and Agile coaching skills.
• Help maintain Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and visualize team progress through dashboards and metrics.
• Facilitate daily stand- ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to keep the team aligned and productive.
• Support the team in identifying and resolving impediments, escalating when necessary.
• Promote self- organization and team accountability while supporting the delivery of high- quality work.
