SCM Solution Consultant

Minimize the support of BA and Developer in receiving and updating project information for customers
Based on clients&039; requirement, present the affective solutions to clients
Be responsible for conducting and delivering key training sessions (products, sales processes, soft skills,etc..) for ATALINK customers /partners and Sales Team
Ensure to fully support CS team working under Account Manager to perform the function of gathering customer requirements, analyzing, classifying, conveying all requests or suggestions about products to BA and Development team in a constructive, simple and effective way following ATALINK’s compliance and standard
Communicate with and meet with clients when needed. Collect as much information about the client&039;s business as possible. Apply appropriate changes to requirements following company scope and product development orientation
Any other tasks assigned
Work on projects with internal (CS, BA, S&M) and external team, constantly recommend solutions for improvement.
Support Customer Support Team with technical knowledge
Connect team members through team building and non- work activities

Certified Management Consultant or other is a plus
Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Information Management System or Business Administration
+ 3 years of business analysis and customer relationship management experience in product development
Good business process modeling skill
Good at problem solving and consulting
Good knowledge of software engineering
Familiar with Solutions/Products of top vendors in industry such as CRM, DMS, ERP is a plus
Attention to detail, organization skill and easy to talk to people
Fluent English
Strong communication, mentoring, and negotiation skills with stakeholders
