SAP Specialist

As an SAP Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical development of the processes within our SAP- architecture as well as the development of new solutions

Job Duties:

1. SAP System Implementation & Maintenance

Perform regular system updates, patches, and enhancements.
Ensure proper integration of SAP with other enterprise applications and third- party systems.
Configure, customize, and maintain SAP (ECC, S/4HANA) modules such as FI/CO, PPDS, MM, EWM or other relevant modules based on business needs.
Work closely with SAP consultants, vendors, and internal teams for upgrades and new implementations.

Provide first- level and second- level SAP support to business users.
Monitor system performance and ensure system availability.
Diagnose and resolve SAP- related technical issues and system errors.

Document business processes, SAP configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Develop and execute test plans for new configurations and system changes.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP system configurations.
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend SAP best practices.

Develop user manuals, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Provide training and support to end- users on SAP functionalities and best practices.

Support data migration, data cleansing, and data validation activities.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within SAP systems.
Manage user roles, authorizations, and access control settings.

Stay updated on SAP trends, innovations, and new features to enhance business operations.
Work closely with finance, procurement, production, and other business units to align SAP functionalities with organizational goals.

Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.

2- 3 years’ experience

Familiarity with SAP Basis, SAP security, and database management is beneficial.
Proven experience in SAP implementation, support, and administration (experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or specific modules is a plus).
Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with business users and IT teams.
Understanding of ABAP programming is a plus.
Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, PPDS, MM, EWM, etc.) and integration with other business processes.
Experience with SAP customization, configuration, and troubleshooting.
