RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules (FI/CO, PP, WM, QM).
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects, including preparation, realization, and Go- Live.
• Provide AMS support for SAP MM or SD modules, ensuring stable operations, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Configure and support SAP MM (Purchasing, Inventory Management, Vendor Master Data, Procurement Processes, Invoice Verification) or SAP SD (Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping).
If focusing on Integration
• Work directly with US customers and be willing to work night shifts when required
• Support FPT teams with SAP integration expertise (excluding configuration changes).
• Act as the primary point of contact for SAP integration- related queries with GEV, including data flows, tables, and integration methods.
• Collaborate with project teams, prepare documentation, test scripts, and assist with user training.
• Provide guidance on designing and developing interfaces between SAP and non- SAP systems (e.g., HERMES, QS, MOS, LOS, OSCAR).
