SAP Business Analyst Senior Specialist (Module QM/PP)

Phân tích và Tư vấn:

Thu thập, phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ từ các bộ phận liên quan (Sản xuất, Kiểm soát chất lượng, Kế hoạch, Kho vận...).
Xác định các khoảng trống (gaps) giữa yêu cầu nghiệp vụ và khả năng của hệ thống SAP hiện có, đề xuất các giải pháp hoặc tùy chỉnh cần thiết.
Tư vấn các giải pháp SAP tối ưu, phù hợp với quy trình kinh doanh và mục tiêu của doanh nghiệp trong lĩnh vực PP và QM.

Analysis and Consulting:

Identify gaps between business requirements and the capabilities of the existing SAP system, proposing necessary solutions or customizations.
Gather and analyze business requirements from relevant departments (Production, Quality Control, Planning, Warehousing...).
Advise on optimal SAP solutions that align with business processes and the company&039;s objectives within the PP and QM domains.

Triển khai và Cấu hình:

Thiết kế, cấu hình và triển khai các chức năng chuẩn của SAP PP (ví dụ: MRP, Master Data (BOM, Routing, Work Center), Production Order, Process Order, Discrete Manufacturing, Repetitive Manufacturing...) và SAP QM (ví dụ: Master Data (MIC, Sampling Procedure, Inspection Plan), Inspection Lot, Quality Notification, Quality Certificate, Results Recording, Usage Decision...).
Tham gia vào các dự án triển khai/rollout SAP từ đầu đến cuối (full life- cycle implementation).
Phối hợp với các nhóm chức năng NON- SAP để đảm bảo tính đúng đắn và đồng bộ giữa các hệ thống.
Phối hợp với các nhóm chức năng khác (MM, SD, FICO, PM...) để đảm bảo tính tích hợp và đồng bộ của hệ thống.

Implementation and Configuration:

Coordinate with other SAP functional teams (MM, SD, FICO, PM...) to ensure system integration and synchronization.
Participate in end- to- end SAP implementation/rollout projects (full life- cycle implementation).
Design, configure, and implement standard SAP PP functionalities (e.g., MRP, Master Data (BOM, Routing, Work Center), Production Order, Process Order, Discrete Manufacturing, Repetitive Manufacturing...) and SAP QM functionalities (e.g., Master Data (MIC, Sampling Procedure, Inspection Plan), Inspection Lot, Quality Notification, Quality Certificate, Results Recording, Usage Decision...).
Collaborate with non- SAP functional teams to ensure accuracy and synchronization between systems.

Phát triển và Nâng cấp:

Hỗ trợ kiểm thử tích hợp hệ thống (SIT) và kiểm thử chấp nhận người dùng (UAT).
Viết tài liệu đặc tả chức năng (Functional Specification- FS) cho các yêu cầu phát triển hoặc tùy chỉnh (Phát triển tính năng mới, báo cáo và giao diện người dùng).
Làm việc chặt chẽ với đội ngũ kỹ thuật (ABAP developers) để đảm bảo các giải pháp được phát triển đúng yêu cầu và chất lượng.

Development and Enhancement:

Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Work closely with the technical team (ABAP developers) to ensure solutions are developed according to requirements and quality standards.
Write Functional Specifications (FS) for development or customization requirements (new feature development, reports, and user interfaces).

Đào tạo và hướng dẫn người dùng sử dụng hệ thống SAP hiệu quả.
Cung cấp hỗ trợ hàng ngày (day- to- day support) cho người dùng cuối, xử lý các sự cố và yêu cầu thay đổi liên quan đến module PP/QM.
Tham gia vào các hoạt động cải tiến liên tục để nâng cao hiệu suất và trải nghiệm người dung.

Support and Operations:

Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance system performance and user experience.
Provide day- to- day support to end- users, handling incidents and change requests related to the PP/QM module.
Train and guide users on effective SAP system usage.

Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Hệ thống thông tin, Kỹ thuật, Kinh tế, hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
Các chứng chỉ SAP liên quan đến PP/QM là một lợi thế.
SAP certifications related to PP/QM are a plus.

Kinh nghiệm:

Kinh nghiệm làm việc với SAP S/4HANA là một lợi thế lớn.
Kinh nghiệm dẫn dắt các buổi workshop và làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng/người dùng nghiệp vụ.
Có kinh nghiệm tham gia ít nhất 2- 3 dự án triển khai SAP full life- cycle (ưu tiên các dự án trong lĩnh vực sản xuất, công nghiệp).
Tối thiểu 4+ năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với SAP trong vai trò Tư vấn/Chuyên viên phân hệ PP và QM.

Kiến thức chuyên môn:

Hiểu biết sâu rộng và kinh nghiệm thực tế về cấu hình, triển khai các quy trình nghiệp vụ cốt lõi trong SAP QM (Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Control, Quality Notification, Certificates...).
Hiểu biết sâu rộng và kinh nghiệm thực tế về cấu hình, triển khai các quy trình nghiệp vụ cốt lõi trong SAP PP (Master Production Scheduling, Material Requirements Planning, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, Production Order/Process Order execution...).
Có kiến thức về ABAP debugging và khả năng đọc hiểu mã ABAP cơ bản để hỗ trợ phân tích lỗi là một lợi thế.
Hiểu biết về các công cụ di chuyển dữ liệu (LSMW, LTMC...) là một điểm cộng.
Nắm vững các điểm tích hợp giữa PP/QM với các module SAP khác như MM (Material Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), FICO (Finance and Controlling), PM (Plant Maintenance).

Experience:

Minimum of 4+ years of experience working with SAP in a Consulting/Specialist role for the PP and QM modules.
Experience participating in at least 2- 3 full life- cycle SAP implementation projects (preferable in manufacturing or industrial sectors).
Experience leading workshops and working directly with clients/business users.
Experience working with SAP S/4HANA is a significant advantage.

Professional Knowledge:

Understanding of data migration tools (LSMW, LTMC...) is a bonus.
In- depth understanding and practical experience in configuring and implementing core business processes in SAP PP (Master Production Scheduling, Material Requirements Planning, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, Production Order/Process Order execution...).
Knowledge of ABAP debugging and the ability to read basic ABAP code to support error analysis is a plus.
In- depth understanding and practical experience in configuring and implementing core business processes in SAP QM (Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Control, Quality Notification, Certificates...).
Strong grasp of integration points between PP/QM and other SAP modules such as MM (Material Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), FICO (Finance and Controlling), and PM (Plant Maintenance).
