Sample Supervisor

Responsible for training machine operation to sample Team Member
Planing for production Cell Leader training
Training machine operation for sample team member/ Organizing Sample Team
Guide workers and Mold Tester to follow standards, give suggestion for improvements
Discuss with Mold/ Development/ Production Team for tooling improvement based on mold evaluation and technical issue
Discussing with team to planning/ fixing and organizing the new projects
Identifying any concerning issues on tooling and injection parts
Evaluating new tooling projects and keeping update the status of those new projects
Follow up the mold testing/ Mold status
Improve efficiency of the sample team / machine (A P Q + Material usage + Worker movement + Automation)
Implement standards for sample team
Check the reports and parts from mold testing
Daily work through sample team to have a look into machine running, process flow, quality to make sure everything is under control
Guide workers and Mold Tester to follow standards, give suggestion for improvements
Check recularly settings of running machines
Technical Document Management and other special task given by Sample Team Manager
Implement SOP / IDS (Injection data sheet)
Inform and report to Sample team Mananger
Completing daily tasks which concern to development projects or given by Development or Sample Team manager
Duties of ISO Board

Working in Plastic Injection Molding company in Technical Dept or related to Technical Job
Having Plastic Injection Molding Knowledge
Trained management/ manufacturing skills
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
Awareness of Mold making/ Mold design process
Technical background is needed, at least 3 years experiences in Plastic Injection Molding/ or University of Technical
Good English in both written and verbal skills
