Sales System & Process Enhancement Management Specialist

Implement initiatives to change and improve sales systems and processes
Propose initiatives to change and improve sales systems/processes based on business analysis, actual situation, feedback from the sales team, or high level requirement (…)
Work with relevant departments to plan the implementation of initiatives and ensure that requirements and work progress are met.
Coordinate with relevant departments to determine the scope of work, clarify requirements and expected results.
Prepare test cases document and perform UAT to ensure change requests properly and fully meet business requirements.
Prepare business requirement documents and related documents according to the company&039;s change request process.
Control all change requests and process related to sales
Monitor work progress and make adjustments to ensure requirements of change request are met.
Follow up implementation plan and report any issues affecting requirements and progress of change request.
Monitor the system after implementing change requests to ensure no errors occur and impact business. Handle sales system and process incident (if any).
Propose initiatives to change and improve sales systems and processes, in order to enhance sales’ experience and contribute improvement of sales productivity.

Education
Bachelor’s degree with majors: Business Management, Finance, Economics, or majors related to system management and development
Experience
At least 06 months of working experience in finance (banking, insurance, investment, etc.)
At least 6- months of experience in change request management
Skills
Computer Skills: skills in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint)
Language requirements – Vietnamese – native, English – fluent
Ability to work under high pressure
Ability of logical thinking and presentation skills
Other requirements (if any)
Proactive communication and work with sales team
