About the Role
In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our Ho Chi Minh Sales Team and potential customers — generating and nurturing leads through Facebook, Zalo, and CRM systems (Zendesk). Your mission: ensure a steady flow of qualified leads that directly support sales growth in Southern Vietnam.
We’re hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to join our Sales Support Team in Hanoi.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to align campaigns and optimize inbound lead flow.
• Manage and operate Facebook & Zalo channels to attract and qualify leads.
• Maintain detailed lead records, communication history, and status updates in Zendesk CRM.
• Prepare weekly reports on lead volume, conversion rate, and engagement activity.
• Design and execute lead nurturing campaigns to re- engage inactive prospects.
• Support the HCMC Sales Team by following up with cold and warm leads to move them toward conversion.
• Identify, contact, and build relationships with potential buyers of used construction machinery.
• Conduct “happy calls” with customers who have purchased our machines to ensure long- term satisfaction and retention.
