Sales Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide end- to- end support to the sales team during the sales cycle.
• Facilitate smooth interactions between internal teams (e.g., Sales, Legal, and Operations), Delivery team and customers.
• Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining customer records, processing documentation, and updating CRM systems.
• Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates.
Requirements
• Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment at least 1 year
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Familiarity with contract handling, sales documentation, and internal approval processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing documentation, records, and CRM systems.
• A proactive, service- oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage
• Strong computer/systems skills like Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders.
