Sales Supervisor / Sales Executive

• Continuously learn and improve professional knowledge relevant to assigned tasks.
• Monitor and manage receivables and payment risks for assigned customer accounts.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Prepare business plans/sales performance reports/market reports on a daily/weekly/monthly/annual basis for assigned customers/products/markets.
• Monitor signed contracts, coordinate with relevant departments, and follow up on delivery processes until completion.
• Propose initiatives/solutions to improve work efficiency and enhance the company’s sales service quality.
• Manage and coordinate transportation activities.
• Develop B2B sales channels for customer segments including food production/animal feed/trading/export/OEM...
• Maintain and take care of assigned existing customers, develop new customers, and expand the market.
• Responsible for sales and market development activities for product groups including: extracted rice bran meal, soybean meal, rice bran oil, soybean oil, by- products, and other product groups… to achieve volume/revenue/profit/growth targets set by the Company.
• Regularly visit the market and customers, collect/analyze/report market information, and propose sales solutions/initiatives to Company Management.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Food Science/Veterinary or related fields...
• Proactive, well- connected, with the ability to collect/analyze/report market information in the agriculture/food sectors.
• Proficient in office software, data analysis, and reporting.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in sales/procurement/B2B business in agricultural commodities/food/animal feed/vegetable oil products...
• Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and negotiation skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Dynamic, honest, enthusiastic, hardworking, proactive, and positive.
• Good command of English (able to communicate and prepare reports).
• Experience in selling agricultural/food products and having relationships with customers in animal feed/food companies is an advantage
• Experience working in foreign corporations/multinational companies is an advantage.
• Strong planning and execution skills; logical thinking.
