Sales Supervisor / Leader

Responsibilities:

Stay up- to- date on industry trends and the latest developments in eSIM technology
Analyze sales data and identify trends to inform strategic decision- making
Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure all opportunities are effectively managed
Develop and execute sales training programs to continuously improve team performance
Lead, coach, and mentor a high- performing B2C sales team
Develop and implement a B2C sales strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and distributors

Qualifications:

Strategic thinking and analytical abilities
Strong understanding of B2C sales methodologies and best practices
Minimum 02 years of experience in a B2C sales leadership role
Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth
Experience in the telecommunications or mobile device industry (nice- to- have)
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills
