Sales Performance Analyst

Job Objective

Provide analytical support to the Sales Manager by developing and automating business reporting systems, as well as conducting in- depth analyses on specific topics as required.
Monitor sales performance and other related KPIs to proactively identify issues and provide data- driven recommendations aimed at improving sales productivity and reducing operational costs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales network and relevant departments to resolve disputes related to sales results when they arise.
Calculate and reconcile sales commissions and other incentive payments with the Finance department.
Develop and maintain business reporting systems according to requirements defined by management.
Extract and analyze data related to product portfolios, sales channels, and business performance to provide insights and recommendations for maximizing commercial efficiency.
Perform other tasks as assigned by line managers, depending on operational needs.

Required Competencies
Knowledge and Experience

Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, or other related fields.
Solid understanding of financial products and consumer credit services.
Proficient in English communication and comprehension.

Technical & Analytical Skills

Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus.
Ability to present insights clearly through reports or dashboards
Experience in reporting and analyzing business/sales data.
