Sales & Marketing Supervisor (Key Account MT channel)

Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of the promotion program with Modern Trade channel
Other tasks under assignments of Sales & Marketing Manager
Supervise and negotiate the trading terms with Modern Trade systems
Create promotion program to increase sale volume and increase market coverage in Modern Trade channel
Be responsible for setting up annual sales target, annual sales plan, annual marketing plan, and annual own- channel budget
Drive the sales and achieve targets
Supervise communications with customers
Supervise sales in Modern Trade channels
Accomplish marketing and sale objectives by planning, implementing trade promotion programs as well as evaluating the efficient of those trade promotion programs
Monitor current market condition and competitor information

Education: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related majors
Good at English
Age: 26 – 35
Experience: At least 5- year in sales, branding advertising, consumer marketing, trade marketing in FMCG or F&B or related industries and at least 2- year in Modern Trade supervisor level
Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province
