Basic Functions:
To meet and exceed sales target set in the monthly and yearly forecasts and to direct all efforts to maximizing the hotel’s revenues and profits in Rooms, Food & Beverage and Other Operating Departments
Duties and Responsibilities
Capturing all individual markets (nationalities) for effective market mix production of room nights in hotel, focusing on money spenders and focusing on increasing average room nights’ bookings- spend in hotel.
Promote Sales of Rooms, events, banquets, weddings, MICE or other events, drive revenue for Food & Beverages, Tous & Activities…. and manage sales staff team to ensure to reach maximum revenue, promotional coverage and guests/clients’ satisfactions.

Circulate regular occupancy forecast with sales team, passing to hotel team sends stop- sale period to wholesalers and views the free sales and promotions.
Implementing contract and rate dynamic changes according hotel need and implementing promotions, packages as need to achieve budget with effective ADR, REVPAR
Be responsible for planning and implementing sales to all Travel Agent according to monthly/yearly budget and effective operation of sales team to achieve monthly room nights’ sales targets;
Maintaining close business relationship with local market & sellers in Hoi An, Danang, HCMC and Hanoi & worldwide. Developing contacts with travel agencies, wholesalers, government departments, airline companies, tour operators to promote all sell at Hotel.
To convinced & bring new key accounts which still not sending any room nights’ production to Hotel, provide business strategy.
Work closely with Reservation/FOM/GM to develop strategies to maximize REVPAR for property as budgeted and grow market share.
Checking regularly allotments and guaranteed bookings, to prevent any lost of business
Updating rate plans and planning rate structure accordingly minimum two years ahead to forecasting business according market needs and performances and according local tourism & business opportunities & trends.
