Wah Lee Vietnam are seeking dynamic and results- driven Sales Manager to join our team in HCMC, Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling engineering plastics, specialty chemicals and or any polymer related materials with a strong passion for business development and customer engagement.
A customer- focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain long- term relationships
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A proactive, self- motivated, and target- oriented approach
Ability to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell company products (plastics, chemicals and or any polymer related materials)
Work closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Logistics, Technical) to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide feedback and market insights to management for strategy development
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth in Vietnam
Develop and manage relationships with both new and existing clients
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Self- driven, results- oriented, and willing to travel
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science, Chemistry, or Business
3–5 years of sales experience preferred (industrial products / chemicals / plastics resin)
Fluent in English, Preferences will be given to candidates with Mandarin proficiency
