Sales Manager base at Yen Tu

Generate revenue and maximize the hotel’s market share for MICE, Dosmetic, Leisure throughout agressive sales
To promote the image of the hotel in order to create opportunities that will contribute to the profitability of the hotel
Develop marketing materials for the hotel (target: MICE, Domestic, Leisure)
Work closely with the Revenue Manager to ensure the proposed rate and the proper distribution of room sales
Ensure smooth running operation of the commercial section in consultation with the Director of Sales on all matters
Maintain good relationships and extend attentive service to existing productive accounts

Competent desktop software user
Sales acument/ persuasive
Fluency in English and the national language, a third language would be a plus
Excellent rapport- building skills, outgoing, presentable, friendly, and sociabl
Minimum 2- year working experience in hotel MICE, Dosmetic & Leisure preferably international hotel
Bachelor or License academy in Business Administration school or Hotel Management school.
