The Sales Lead Senior is responsible for driving revenue performance across assigned store locations, leading and developing a team of Sales Assistants, and ensuring consistent achievement of monthly sales targets:
Team Management & Development: Ensure each store has at least 1 independently operating Sales Assistant Lead; create employee- level assessment reports and career progression roadmaps; conduct regular performance reviews.
Training & Coaching: Organize at least 2 monthly skill- training sessions (deal closing, objection handling, cross- selling, etc.); conduct weekly 1- on- 1 coaching sessions; achieve >70% measurable KPI improvement in staff post- training.
Customer Care & Retention: Design sales- driving strategies aligned with Membership programs; maintain a monthly customer return rate of >30%; increase repeat visits and average basket value.
Revenue & Operational Results: Ensure 100% of assigned stores achieve monthly targets; maintain performance above 85% of threshold; develop seasonal sales- boosting strategies and promotional action plans.
Reporting & Analytics: Prepare weekly/monthly sales data analysis reports with actionable plans for AOM; track and report on KPI metrics across all assigned stores.
