Sales Executive

• Collaborates with internal teams and lead the Merchandising team for execution excellence
• Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere between customer and production operation
• Drive the Merchant team for order execution and follow up Monthly, weekly sales by preparing sales targets and reports as per set targets given by manager.
• Acts as company representative and attend meetings with customers and travel to customer’s office to facilitate business
• Connect with customers and understand their needs; identifies and follows customer’s requirement & needs in correct direction
• Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets then take up with next levels to set strategies to meet set KPI within the team.

Qualification
• Customer oriented
• Good computer skill
• Speaking, writing, reading in Japanese: level A or B at least
• Bachelor holder in Business management, Language (Japanese, English).
Experiences & Competence
• One year of long in industry related to Japanese market
• Willing to go for business trip domestically and internationally
• More than 3 years of textile business with Japanese market and fluent Japanese Speaking most preferred.
• Ready to accept to lead business in tandem with leaderships
• Good communication skill in oral and written
• Good negotiation skill
