Customer Engagement
● Work closely with relevant teams to facilitate contract execution and customer onboarding.
● Consult customers via phone, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about The Joyful Nest’s service packages.
● Identify customer needs, offer personalized consultations, and schedule showroom visits for potential customers to experience the services firsthand.
● Follow up and nurture leads throughout the consultation process to increase conversion rates from inquiries to actual customers.
● Prepare detailed service contracts and tailor packages to customer needs.
● Actively receive and respond to customer messages and comments on various online platforms such as Zalo, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and hotline, ensuring timely and professional interactions.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to execute strategies that attract new customers.
Sales Closing & Revenue Targets
● Ensure individual sales targets are met while contributing to overall business objectives.
● Persuade customers to book rooms, sign contracts, and make deposits for services.
Developing Partnerships & Expanding Market Reach
● Develop and implement customer referral programs to ensure a continuous flow of new clients.
● Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, hospitals, clinics, and mother & baby spas to receive customer referrals.
Supporting Guest Relations Officer (GRO) Duties When Needed
● Welcome VIP guests and guide them during facility tours.
● Work with the GRO team and operational staff to personalize the customer experience.
● Monitor customer feedback during their stay and propose solutions for any concerns raised.
● Ensure an outstanding customer journey from initial booking to check- out.
● Assist customers during check- in to ensure they feel comfortable and well- received.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience:
● Preferably experienced in high- end services or working with affluent customers.
● Candidates who are mothers themselves will be highly preferred, as they better understand the motherhood experience.
● At least 2 years of experience in sales, consulting luxury services, healthcare, or mother & baby care.
Key Skills:
● Excellent communication & persuasion skills: Ability to build trust, understand customer pain points, and address their needs.
● Strong sales closing skills: Proactively guide customers toward making confident booking decisions.
● Independent work ethic & ability to perform under sales pressure.
● Luxury customer service mindset: Ability to consult in a professional, sophisticated manner and create a premium buying experience.
● Proficiency in online sales tools (Zalo, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Whatsapp) for customer acquisition.
Other Requirements:
● Professional appearance, confident demeanor.
● Having an existing customer network of expectant/postpartum mothers or experience in the mother & baby care industry is a plus.
● Clear, pleasant voice with the ability to build rapport with customers from the first interaction.
