We are looking for a Sales Executive – Sealing & Bonding to drive business growth by developing customer relationships and promoting Sika’s sealing & bonding solutions. This role plays a key part in expanding market presence while delivering value- driven solutions aligned with Sika’s standards of quality, safety, and sustainability..

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with distributors to promote silicone and bonding products, driving sales performance/
Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and maintain confidentiality of business information
Develop and manage relationships with manufacturing and dealer customers in the sealing and bonding segment.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategic actions.
Provide tailored product solutions and communicate sales programs effectively to customers.
Submit regular reports and propose practical solutions to improve market service.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the TM adhesives and bonding product portfolio.
Ensure product availability by managing distributor inventory and order follow- ups.
Yêu cầu công việc
A self- motivated "hunter" who thrives in a fast- paced field environment.
3–5 years in sales distribution, referrably within construction chemicals, adhesives, or building materials with Proven success in distributor management and industrial end- user sales.
Proven ability to hit targets through proactive lead generation and CRM usage (Salesforce/SAP).
Strict adherence to safety protocols and business confidentiality.
Good negotiation skills with the ability to present technical solutions clearly.
Deep knowledge of silicone and polyurethane (PU) technologies and applications.
Skilled in analyzing competitor activity and inventory management.
Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Engineering (Chemical/Civil), or Business with technical experience.
Willingness to travel frequently to visit distributors and sites.
