Sales Executive- One of the Luxury Resorts in Danang

Summary of Position, Responsibility and Authority
Maximize occupancy, average rate, food and beverage business to ensure meet sales target. Build up the relationship with the clients to meet the enquiry in sales files.
Responsible for Sale, both Travel Agent and Online Agent.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the booking and reservation of space in resort to ensure availability and proper arrangement
• Prepare and present sales proposal to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the resort
• Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate service that best meet their specifications and needs
• Conduct price negotiations with customers on behalf of the resort management to reach a favorable bargain for both parties
• Set annual budgets and implement strategies effective for achieving set targets.
• Monitor the customer service quality of the resort to ensure customers are tended to appropriately
• Contact customers via calls or arranged meetings to discover their needs and requirements.
• Coordinate and organize the details of an event such as catering, lodging, seating, and security
• Process and facilitate requests for customized services such as room redecoration, equipment, and switch
• Make lists of potential clients and conduct surveys to identify customers actively seeking resort.
• Resolve and quell misunderstandings within a resort premises.
• Conduct assessment of sales performance to make necessary adjustments to increase patronage.
• Provide customers with a list of available services and their accompanying prices and offer discounts when necessary
• Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and to discuss opportunities for future business deals.
• Collaborate with other resort staff to ensure clients have a good time.

12 days full paid leaves per year
Monthly service charge + 13th salary
