Sales Executive (Nhân Viên Kinh Doanh) Công Ty TNHH Jj-Lapp Việt Nam

• Conduct sales meetings, contractual proposals negotiation, evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, handles and resolves problems encountered, etc… in order to close for sales opportunity.
• Gather market information and be updated on competitors’ movements and the Company&039;s position in the market to be conscious and receptive to customers’ needs, market trend and new products launched by competitors.
• Update visits report, customer visit plan, opportunity pipeline in C4C; report & monitor of customer’s complaints/problems encountered on a regular basis.
• Identify new accounts (make cold calls, approach customers via social media), forecast and explores business opportunities to achieve sales targets for all defined products in defined area by developing and implementing sales strategies to ensure a competitive position in market.
Salary & Benefits:
• Competitive salary package with annual incentive (up to 3 months) and sales commission paid quarterly (up to 3 months per quarter) + 13th month bonus.

• Have at least 2 years’ project sales experience in Industrial Automation, manufacturing, building.
