Manage OTA and third party bookings. Ensure rate parity across channels.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
Respond to guest queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as needed.
Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Prepare weekly reports and forecasts for management.
Maintain accurate and up- to- date records of all bookings using the hotel’s reservation system.
Handle all incoming calls and emails related to room reservations.
Work closely with the finance department on group/event payments/invoicing.
Promote the property’s inventory, banquet facilities, and other services to potential customers.
Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations by effectively upselling room types, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue.
Collaborate with the Front office, F&B, and revenue management teams to ensure seamless guest experience and occupancy targets.

• Some knowledge of working practices of a golf club.
• Ability to cope with pressure
• Good English language skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to understand asses and persuade individuals.
