Sales Executive (Japanese speaking)

In Vietnam, we are a 100% foreign- owned enterprise. We have just completed moving our office & manufacturing facilities to VSIP Bắc Ninh on 1st of Nov 2018. We entered into Vietnam in 2006 and the company has been growing up in the present. The company embraces a culture that emphasizes in high – integrity business practices as well as work life balance. We are multinational manufacturing organization in precision engineering, with worldwide presence in Japan U.S.A, Mexico, U.K, China, India, Hong Kong, Singapore Thailand and Vietnam.
(Working from Mon – Fri & 2 Saturday per month)
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers&039; businesses and requirements;
• Develop a plan to maintain relationships with customers.
• Weekly report on sales status.
• Receive and answer questions and complaints from customers related to products.
• Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
• Monitor and remind customers to pay on time
• Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders;
• Preparing sales quotation and proposal to customers;
• Represent organization, products to customers;
• Finding and approach the potential customers;
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person;
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;
• Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
• Gathering and do market analysis and customer information;

Job Requirement

- Strong selling skill, interpersonal skill and strong service mind.
- Male/Female age 22- 40
- Having Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Enthusiastic, initiative, be able to work under pressure & independently.
Good command of Japanese
- Computer literacy: word, excel, power point
- Good at presentation.
- Able to work extended hours on occasion when required.
