Key responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth. This includes identifying new market opportunities and expanding business with current customers.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross- functional teams, to ensure alignment in product offerings and to address customer needs efficiently.
Customer Presentation & Negotiation: Lead customer presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
Reporting: monthly sales reports, including market intelligence, and insights into sales pipeline activity.
Product Expertise: Stay up- to- date with the latest developments in additives, ensuring the ability to provide customers with technical advice and solutions.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long- lasting relationship with existing and potential customer.
Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive products to provide insights into product development and pricing strategies.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in chemical (Rubber) or related field.
Skills
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to negotiate and influence at all levels.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Proficient in problem solving
Strong oral, written and presentation in both Vietnamese and English
Effective working in both independent and team work
Personal Attributes
Self- motivated and able to work independently, while also being a proactive strong team member.
Results- driven with a strong customer- focused approach.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and collaborate with cross- functional teams.
Strategic thinking to analyze customer objections & give appropriate solution
