直接对接各类零售系统:科技门店、手表店、手机店、运动 / 跑步用品店。
确保所负责区域内的产品铺货率与覆盖率。
销售业绩与库存管理
按周 / 月跟进各经销商的 Sell- in / Sell- out 数据。
控制库存水平,避免缺货或库存积压。
根据各门店销售情况,提出合理的进货数量建议。
销售活动执行
向经销商传达并指导价格政策及阶段性促销方案。
跟进各项活动的销售表现,持续优化活动效果。
检查门店是否按规定正确执行相关促销活动。
陈列与品牌形象规范
产品价格标签及技术参数说明
检查体验机的使用状态(电池、界面、表带等)。
市场拜访后提交完整的图片及报告。
POSM 物料:立牌、海报、品牌标识
确保手表按品牌标准进行陈列,包括:
展示机正常开机
经销商员工产品培训
介绍各型号产品功能(按细分定位:跑步、户外、智能生活方式等)。
培训销售人员如何与竞品进行对比(Garmin、Suunto、Apple Watch、华为、小米等)。
市场与竞争对手动态跟踪
掌握市场价格,包括线上与线下价格情况。
根据趋势提出新品或策略建议(如:多频定位、ECG、离线地图、超长续航等)。
收集竞争品牌的市场推广及促销活动信息。
售后支持
协助经销商处理产品保修及质量问题。
解答相关疑问,并引导客户前往指定的售后服务中心。

Job description
Channel Management & Expansion
Ensure proper product coverage within assigned territories
Work directly with retail partners such as technology stores, watch shops, mobile phone retailers, and sports/running stores
Sales Performance & Inventory Management at POS
Recommend appropriate order quantities based on each store’s sales performance
Monitor weekly/monthly sell- in and sell- out performance at each dealer
Control inventory levels to avoid stock shortages or excessive overstock
Sales Program Implementation
Check and ensure correct implementation of sales programs at store level
Communicate and guide dealers on pricing policies and promotional programs by period
Track sales performance of each promotion to optimize effectiveness
Visual Merchandising & Brand Standardization
Ensure watches are displayed in compliance with brand standards, including:
Powered- on demo units
POSM materials: standees, posters, brand signage
Inspect the condition of demo units (battery, interface, straps, etc.)
Submit complete field visit photo reports
Product pricing and technical specification tags
Product Training for Dealer Staff
Train staff on product comparison versus competitors (Garmin, Suunto, Apple Watch, Huawei, Xiaomi, etc.)
Present product features by segment (running, outdoor, lifestyle smartwatches, etc.)
Market & Competitor Monitoring
Propose new products or strategies based on market trends (e.g. multi- band GPS, ECG, offline maps, ultra- long battery life, etc.)
Collect information on marketing activities and promotional programs from competing brands
Track market pricing, both online and offline
After- Sales Support
Support dealers in warranty cases and product defect handling
Answer inquiries and guide customers to the appropriate authorized service centers
