We are seeking a full- time Sales Executive to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. The Sales Executive will support current, potential, and future clients by managing sales inquiries, preparing proposals, following up on leads, and maintaining client relationships. The role involves close collaboration with the Community Manager and the Board of Directors, as well as active participation in achieving individual and company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long- term relationships with clients and partners
Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets
Maintain accurate sales records, CRM data, and sales reports
Handle and reply promptly and professionally to inbound and outbound client enquiries via email, phone, and in person
Prepare, send, and follow up on proposals, quotations, contracts, and other sales- related documents
Conduct client meetings, presentations, site tours, and inspections of offices, co- working spaces, meeting rooms, and event venues
Support sales administration and assist the Community Manager and Board of Directors when required
Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback to support continuous improvement of sales strategies
Coordinate closely with all team members across all W locations to ensure proper support for clients and smooth service delivery
Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, referrals, and partnerships
