● Service Coordination & Bookings: Manage tour arrangements from start to finish, confirm bookings, coordinate with internal departments, and negotiate with suppliers to secure services.
● Issue & Complaint Handling: Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
● Reporting & Additional Tasks: Prepare regular reports for management and perform other duties as assigned.
● Client Consultation & Support: Communicate with B2B/B2C clients to understand their needs, provide detailed destination and service information, assist with inquiries, and ensure excellent customer care throughout the trip.
● Itinerary Design & Quotation: Create suitable travel itineraries, prepare cost calculations, and send accurate quotations to clients.

● Strong communication, organizational, and listening skills
● Ability to work under high pressure and overtime when required
● Excellent spoken and written English
● Excellent negotiation skills and problem- solving skills
● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
● Experience in tourism or sales is an advantage
● Strong customer service mindset and sales orientation
