- To prospect, approach, and develop potential customers in industrial sectors (automotive, motorcycle, electronics, consumer goods, etc.) who have a need for CNC machined and high- pressure aluminum die- cast products. Responsible for achieving sales targets and market development goals while building and maintaining strong, long- lasting customer relationships.- Business Development & Prospecting- Technical Sales & Consultation- Quotation & Negotiation Management- Account Management & After- Sales Service- Reporting & Data Management

- College degree or higher; a degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Automation), Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.- A minimum of 05 years of experience in B2B Sales, Sales Engineering, or Business Development within the industrial manufacturing sector.- Top priority will be given to candidates with direct sales experience or working relationships with customers in the following industries- Telecommunication Products: Understanding of components such as enclosures, heat sinks, etc., for BTS stations and networking equipment.- Consumer Electronics: Experience with products like laptop/phone/tablet casings and audio equipment components.- Industrial Engineering Products: Experience with machine components, motor housings, and parts for industrial equipment.- Precision Engineering (PE) Products: Experience with precision mechanical parts that require tight tolerances.- An existing network of customer relationships within the above industries is a significant advantage.- A deep understanding of the B2B sales process, especially for projects with long sales cycles and complex technical requirements.- The ability to read and thoroughly understand technical drawings is a mandatory requirement.- A foundational knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes (CNC, die casting) and metal materials (especially aluminum alloys) is a major plus.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships.- Logical thinking, with strong analytical and problem- solving abilities.- Proactive, persistent, and strongly results- oriented.- Capable of working independently and under high pressure.- Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM systems.- Good command of business and conversational English to work effectively with international customers.
