Sales Engineer – Building Automation

Overall Responsibility
- Sales implementation on Building Automation, which includes HVAC Automatic Control Systems, Building Management Systems (BMS/IBMS), EMS and Energy Saving Solutions
- Occasionally participate in marketing activities such as seminars, exhibitions, events, and internal training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Frequently travel to customer sites in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Nang.
- Follow up with customers and close deals through negotiation and revenue reporting.
- Strong communication skill.
- Provide technical proposals, quotations, and pre- sales documentation to customers.
- Strong sense of sales and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments including engineering, documentation, and pre- sales teams.

- Reports to: Sales Manager / General Manager

+ Engineering Department
+ Pre- sales and Documentation Team
+ Sales Manager

Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Having existing relationships with M&E customers is a plus
- Gender: Male/Female
- Age: Under 30 years old
- Strong communication and customer- oriented mindset
- 1–3 years of experience in automation engineering or sales; experience in Japanese working culture is a plus
- Good analytical, time management, and organizational skills
- Good English communication skills
- Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome
- Willing to travel frequently (HCMC, Hanoi, Da Nang)
